Chocolate Pillow is a provider of Hotel reviews for UK Luxury and Boutique Hotels - however we do ours with a twist!
Many sites just turn up, enjoy the facilities and leave then write a 250 word article on what they did whilst there - we don't!
We go through a very rigorous process whilst at the hotel, using over 20 different sets of criteria with several hundred questions to cover on each section of the hotel - we don't just write a review, we assess it fully!
Our reviewers (where possible) arrive in pairs - one a seasoned traveller, or hotel professional, and the other a guest of their choice. This may seem strange but it gives the reviewer a balanced opinion on the hotel. This ensures an even review without someone being too picky, or too critical over the small things, and also ensures inspiration for the review itself!
We operate several review styles, from simple straightforward online review and listing, all the way through to a full 2 day consultancy, where we stay as a guest for 1 day, and as member of staff the next. this gets us to the real heart of the hotel to ensure we give relevant feedback that will work.
